Try to copy and paste it into your browser (or just click if your email is so equipped).

If that doesn't work, try closing the browser, going off line, and then clearing/purging your Temporary Internet Files (cache).

Then, go online again, and give it another try.

This should purge any possible bad files in your cache and force a full download of the web page.
