This is just my thoughts on this. Until you yourself document every birth and
marriage and what have you, you cannot take the word of others who are
searching the same family, because you do not know how they got their
information or if they have documentation on it. This would be proof they
have, in the form of actual documents in hand. Like census, marriage cert.
birth cert. deeds, wills, obits. death cert. church records, Immigration
records.
I know there was a great article on documentation, written from another list
but I don't reminder what it was, if I can find it I will sent it to you, I
believe Elaine M posted it a long time ago.
