I have solved the puzzle for or concerning
Mabe & Powell.

And all the credit goes to because he pulled up and sent
that url concerning Scotland and her tartans, so I sent him another url
concerning Scotland with 4300 links to it and stumbled over Herefordshire's
Link in the process!!!
