What I do when suffering migrane is this (I know it will sound strange but)
I haven't found a solution that works every time though. What you need to do
is get a partner you can do it yourself but its better if somebody else does
it for you , you apply pressure between the thumb and index finger sort of
rubbing and pressing and this does help. I cant remember who told us this
but I was told of it years ago.
What courses most peoples migrane I've heard chocolate but with me its
onions ! if they are well cooked that seems to be ok but if they are not
cooked then I always end up with migrane.
