Phyllis,
I also have Eudora. Here's the way I save e-mail messages:
When I finish reading an e-mail that I want to save I right click in the
e-mail, transfer, new, (if I want it to be a folder I give it a name (such
as "Family Tree Maker") and then give that "letter" a name in the FTM (or
whatever) folder. I save everything that pertains to Family Tree Maker in
THAT folder. If the e-mail is about help with FTM, I have a "help" file in
the FTM folder. I hope I am being clear. I don't feel like I am but this
is the best I can do! LOL... Hope it helps.
