That is true Wild Bill, when I was living in Anchorage, most of the time the
parking garage was full, (by the way you had to pay for that) and I had to
use the parking meter, which sometimes, you ran over and ended up with a
parking ticket, which was more then the cost of the garage. I think I ended
up paying for two tickets while I was there. If I remember right even in the
80's the ticket was $12.00.
