Monty Python had a sketch about a man who couldn't pronounce the letter
after b, as he had once been startled by a bat ((not a letter after b)at),
it really was a bat. He claimed to have been educated at King's Bollege
Bambridge, until someone suggested that he substitute the letter "K" for
the letter after "b" which worked perfectly,
