Sharon - yes, you double-click on a message and it brings it up in a
window. It's a small window when it opens, but just maximize it to make it
full-screen (a keyboard shortcut to maximize is Alt+spacebar - this will
bring up the menu where you type M to maximize). I'm not sure what you
mean by saying that the from and subject are hiding. In a message window,
you should see the top menus (File-Edit-View-Tools, etc.), then buttons
(Reply, Reply All, Forward, etc.), then the from, date, to, and subject
fields, then the message below. I couldn't even find a setting that would
turn off seeing the from, date, to, and subject?

But preview pane was checked, until tonight. The bottom half of my screen
is the preview pane, so I closed it - I HATE this. Each email has to be
opened and then read in a little box, then deleted, I can .keep reading and
deleting from the little box but the from and subject are hiding under the
stupid box! Outlook Express. #2. People talk of updating ZA - where? I
can't find anything that updates.#3. For the first time Norton informed me
that they had the naughty one caught and what did I want to do with it. How
can you tell them if your cursor won't work? I did finally get it deleted
and deleted the bin. Windows 98se, Outlook Express and Earthlink PS There
were two strange attachments today but just deleted them. Thank you Sharon
