Viola,

I'm not real sure what your problem with Live Update (Norton A/V) might be
but try this. Open the Norton Control Panel. Push the Live Update button in
the upper left corner. Then press the Configure button in the Live Update
screen. You should have the first item checked (The Internet options in the
Control Panel). Click Apply and OK and you should be set. I am guessing you
may have done some custom settings that aren't working. If you can access
the internet with email and your browser you should be OK with the first
item checked. Hope that works for you.
