Car,
Go to: Start, Programs, Accessories, System Tools and select Character Map.
Select the font you are using in the drop down list and the chart will show
you all characters that are available. Click once on the desired character
and you see in the lower left the ALT <number" combination. The number is
from the key pad. In the application you need the character in just hold the
ALT key down and press the numbers. When you release the ALT key the
character will be there.
If you don't find Character Map under the Start menu as described above let
us know and someone will tell you how to install it.
