I'm going to help you out so more people can help you.
First of all, notice that I changed the subject. Always make your
subject reflect the body of your letter. Some people read their mail
based on the subject line alone.
Your should tell
the size of your hard drive
how much memory you now have
what is your operative system
There might be other things they need to know, but those are the basics.
I am going to guess that you could use some more memory, but wait until
one of our resident gurus answers.
You need to know there comes a time when an old system is better off
being replaced than upgraded.
I personally am a memory freak and believe no one should be operating
under 256. Course I also believe that it is OK to have a half dozen
programs open at the same time. That is the way I run my computer all
the time. I've got 512 in mine and my next machine will have that
amount or more.
We all run our computers differently. We all just need to recognize
what we need to have in order to run them OUR WAY!!!
Good luck.

Duty is a very personal thing. It is what comes from
knowing the need to take action and not just a need
to urge others to do something. - Mother Teresa
