Ritz Cracker Surprise Pie
2 cups water
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 tsp cream of tartar
Boil together 3 minutes
Add:
20 Ritz crackers (whole)
Cook 1 min. without stirring
Cool

Pour above mixture in pie crust

Dot with butter and cinnamon
Add top crust

Bake 50 min. at 375 degrees

*I know this recipe came from a Ritz Cracker box, but if your family
likes apple pie, try this. They will love it!!!
