Sounds a lot like my recipe, except I use Miracle whip with a bit of mustard
mixed in to give it colour and a bit of a tangy taste. Sometimes I add green
or red pepper or finely diced celery, but I always add a can of drained
peas.
Try it, you'll like it.
My 2 boys are prejudiced of course, but Nobody makes Potato Salad like Mum
does. LOL
