Hi,
I paid for a full version cd online to download to my computer and now I
keep getting this message.
A license for the track you are attempting to play cannot be found on your
machine. If you have already purchased this product and are experiencing
difficulties, please contact Customer Support.

I go here and they talk about a firewall, active x and windows updates and I
don't see where any of that is about my computer. I have never had a
problem before so does anyone know how I can open this cd so that it will
work. I sent an email to the site that I purchased from but no reply yet.
It just bothers me that all the music is downloaded on my computer and I
can't play it. Anyone have any ideas what I can do. I have windows xp pro
and windows media player 9 like they suggest and my windows updates are up
to date.
