Dear Mr. Jones,
My humble apology to all who read my message to the web master or
whoever controls the rootsweb.com. I did not mean to yell. Sometimes I
type in all caps, inadvertently forgetting that to do so on the internet
is yelling. My apologies to all who read my letter.

In the first place I originally asked for information concerning my
great grand father because we believe he came here from Scotland. We
also believe that the name Renfroe, Renfrew or Ryenfruei is a derivative
from a Nordic name.

What I have been getting in answer on my computer is several hundreds of
e-mail pieces with names which do not in the least resemble these names.

With as many pieces that I have been getting and being somewhat new to
the web genealogy research, it appeared to me to be somewhat of a
spamming. In one day I got more than three hundred e-mail pieces
filling up my e-mail box. It took me two or three hours going through
all of the messages hoping I would find something useful, both for my
research and from some business associates.

Again I apologize to all.
I hope you understand and will occasionally drop a line to me.

Many thanks

William H. Renfroe
