This should without doubt be the parish of Grue in the district Solr in Hedmark
county.
You can search the censuses from 1865, 1875 and 1900 by going to the web page
http://draug.rhd.isv.uit.no/rhd/folketellinger.html
There you fill in Fdested (place of birth) Grue
Tag off Hedmark, and you can start searching for your ancestors.
Fornavn= first name
Etternavn=surname (mostly patronymic)
Grdsnavn=farm name.
I could not find any farm names which are obvious roots for the name "Sayre",
altough Skyrud, Skara, Stre, Sta, Snabe, Sander, Sagen could be possibilities.
