I agree. But Fanoe could be Fane or Fany. That is a farm in Lury
(Sleneset) in the northern part of Norway (Strms and Tnsberg is far
south - Ole may have moved south). Try another question and mention Lury in
the head-line! Or better; put the question into the newsgroup
"no.fritid.slektsforsking.etterlysing". You may write in English.
