Have you seen The Original Town of Concord by Erasmus Briggs? Published in
1884, it was reprinted with a complete index by:

Western New York Genealogical Society, Inc.
P.O. Box 338
Hamburg, NY 14075-0338

It is still available at $59.50 + $3.00 p&h.
It has a lot of biographies in it including two pages on the Twitchells.

A descendant of one of the Twitchells lives in Hamburg:
Ann Stowell Fellows, 3450 Hooward Rd., Lot 76, Hamburg, NY 14075

She would have her ancestry as she has proven it for DAR.
