This is my first posting to the list. I am tracing several family lines that
ended up in Tompkins and Schuyler Counties. (I've posted to the Finger Lakes
list). My problem is I cannot get them back before that and hope someone on
this general list may have a clue to one or more of these ancestors.

BENNETT, Simon 1814 - 1893
Wife Susan; Children: Helen, John, Charles and perhaps others.

DICKENS (DICKINS, etc) Mordecai
Wife unknown, Children: Robert, Samuel, perhaps others.
Sibling perhaps Peter.
Notes: Mordecai perhaps served Rev. War.
son Robert born CT 1776
son Samuel born Dutchess Co. 1787

GARDNER (GARDINER etc) Westlake b c 1824 d 1886
Wife Harriet Morris, Children: Caroline, Frank, Martha, Dell, Charles and
Herman

KENNEDY (Kenedy, Canada, etc) Robert 1775 - 1849
Wife Mary Updike; Children: William, Jennett, Elizabeth, Enoch, Elias, Abram,
Gilbert, Charity, James, Mary Ann and Alvey

VAN FLEET (e) Abraham (on 1825 Twn of Hector Census)
"" Jonathan b c 1810 d after 1900

Any information will be greatly appreciated and I will be happy to share
whatever I have on these families.
