The "History of Clough Family" by Milton O. Cluff states:

"Hannah Clough married William Sweet and they lived in Ticonderoga N.Y."

The Brayton-Norton Story of Hartford, p. 194 states:

"There was a William Sweet m Hannah Clough, who lived south of East Hartford
for some years in the
pioneer period.

Adamsville Section.
