Hi List,
I received a copy of my great-grandfather's birth certificate, 1884 from NYS,
and it was on orange paper (thought I was the only one that would buy and
use it to make copies!) <g> but they also included a birth registration....so
I received a bonus! And it only took four weeks! So, needless to say, I did
find new info, never new his father's name.....where he was from......now
I do......keep the faith, NY is getting better at the response time....
