I'm cleaning out the basement and finding there's actually a floot down
there!
Here's a book I don't need anymore;

History of Commonwealth Lodge, No. 409, F. & A. M. 3D Masonic District,
S.N.Y." published by Commonwealth Lodge, January, 1889. Clothback book
with 70 pages, 8" x 5.75" in GOOD Condition with cover quite aged; pages
are fine, needs some preservation. An OLDY for sure! Intact and
readable. Lots of Genealogy names/dates here! Half the book includes the
history of this Lodge and the other half wonderful old lists of people
incuding many dates of deaths and other kinds of dates tracking down
those in the area - a great find for the historian, Mason researcher, or
genealogist, especially if you had a Mason ancestor in NY before 1889!
Areas mentioned are numerous but some are Utica, Brooklyn, Bethlehem,
Sylvan Grove, etc. Dates included are ca 1856-1889. A rarity!
