Hello, everyone -

Thanks to the generosity of a GenExchange volunteer (we could sure use some
more of 'em - hint, hint!), there are three new biographical accounts
listed at the Washington County page. All three of them pertain to the
surname of BININGER. This family was instrumental in the settlement of
Washington County in the early colonial days. To read these accounts
please visit:

The Bininger family members were largely Moravian Church members. The
family possibly/probably hailed from Germany and got to the Camden Valley
of NY by way of PA. There are some Bininger burials for Richmond County,
NY. See the Richmond County GenExchange page for details:

There are still a number of NY counties still open for adoption in the
NYGenExchange. Please consider adopting a county and/or volunteering time
to transcribe and/or submit data. The genealogical community would surely
appreciate it (and so would the GenExchange! <g>)

To see the list of counties open for adoption please go to the following URL:

Thanks, everyone!

Have a great and safe holiday weekend!
