Hi, Were your Colliers related to a Collyer who was a surveyor in New York
City in the 1860's?

I'm doing research into Charles COLLIER who was born in NY in 1844. He
is the son of Robert and Polly Collier who were married around 1823 in New
York.
Robert was born 12 March 1796 in Coxsackie NY the son of Theunis Collier
and Catharine VAN den BURGH.

Theunis was born about 1771 in Coxsackie Green NY to Isaac Collier and
Sarah VAN VECHTEN. Catherine was born in about 1775 in Coxsackie Green NY.

Charles Collier was married to Jenny BENNEFOFF and they were living in
Wisconsin. One of their daughters was Minnie J. Collier who married
William
Henry FULLER. Anyone doing research into this family would love to hear
