I have to weigh in on this.

David provides a service. Those of us local to the area,
may also be those who, provided with the information, could
go and copy the documents (free of charge or cost of mailing
only) to those of you who/whom are complaining.

Early on, David provided me with information I would have
never imagined existed - I too, have been on the lists since
their inception.

Armed with the information David has provided, some of you
could go to:
http://www.raogk.org/ and request a local volunteer copy
the information for you.

Sorry David - I do appreciate your work, do not mean to take
away from your income, but...
