No to pick nits, but there was no Poland and no Germany in 1860 -- Germany
came into existence in 1871 and Poland in 1918. If you mean Congress Poland
and Prussia, they surely did not share the current border between Poland and
Germany. Did Poland EVER have a border as far west as the Oder before 1945?
