In a word, Les? *Tolerance*, mate.

1. The tolerance of our lovely Boss Lady, Sue, who allows a *lot* of
latitude in the subject material and doesn't complain about 'Off-topic'
messages, which as you have no doubt noted, are many. <vbg>
That is not to say that her good nature can be taken advantage of. Step
beyond the pale and she will quickly jump on you as will most of *us*.

2. The tolerance of all members of this List who, whilst one or another may
occasionally disagree with a particular point of view, do not denigrate it
or the poster as is so often the case on other Lists.
