We've had a lottery in Michigan for years...and all
the proceeds were supposed to go into the
education fund....but the budget here is in trouble
and our new governor is cutting the budget..and
everyone says...what happened to all the money
from the lottery?

Hugs Sharla....who might have won, but could
never remember to check the numbers.
