I disagree Johno - grown men can cry and should if it helps
to get rid of fears and tensions - or even happiness. Like my
mother I find it hard to cry except inwards at the worst
moments in my life I have pushed even my emotions back - to
comfort everyone else rather than let anyone see that I needed
it, I preferred it that way don't ask me why. I guess I was
always an individual who was a loner, no close friends as a
child. Thanks to this like have opened up more, and as I am
getting older more braver and more talkative.
