ntl are ALWAYS a pain. A nice easy free number to call, but the Call Centre
takes YEARS to answer - and then they know NOTHING about your problem - and
seem to care less! I always ask to be put through to one of the local
engineers but they nearly always say they can't do that. However, on the rare
occasions when I do get through to the local group, they are very quick and
effective. A different tribe, I suppose!
