Peter....I have only ever had good meals when in
hospital.....and many times it was the hospital where
I worked....When in Lake Forest Illinois...very posh
(I just wandered in by mistake)..they had lobster on
the menu.

When I had my open heart surgery was the only
bad experience I ever had with food. I swear
whoever cooked it did so with malice aforethought.
The sight of it made me nauseated. Most of it
was kosher, even the coffee and oatmeal...And it
was a Catholic hospital. And they had every
manner of clergy. All prayers being equal.
