That's better ,had a good cool wash down and feeling much alive again ...
The Sun shines through the sitting room window and will do so until lunch time,
we have all windows and doors open and yet the temperature rises, I am now in what we call the front room and the coolest part of the house and I am at ease one fingering.....I hope to keep the first finger going until lunch time by which
time the Sun will have gone over the house top and start to fill the room I'm in.......this heat is reminiscent of Iraq in the early 40's ,I could endure Temps. of 120 f.in the shade.......
I will carry on while I am comfortable ,get my tin of beer first, lubbly jubbly ...
ICE cold ale...grand to be alive...if you have any worries send them over to me..
I will kill them stone dead !!!

Now a little about diet.....another slurp first, if I am boring you , Delete..
For 9/10 months I suffered the agony of double f f diet, my diet was horrible
and I had resigned to it, I was visiting a Consultants aid and yet again..

"there is not much more I can do for you Mr Connolley " Cathy agreed with him ,
You must only eat fat free food and learn to live with it.....rough luck.....
I.. 3 month visit and 2 ..6 month visit , a coloured chappy.......
The last visit ,a few weeks ago .he was on holiday and an English Consultress..
"nice word aye" had a chat with me ....try these two kinds of tablet Mr C. they
may or may not work....I have tried them and they work ,oh yes they work...
I can eat all my favourite foods and lovely puddings ,the latter at the moment
Strawb's and double cream and followed by not a burp......
The longest session for burps being 2 and a half hour non stop.....just a memory now tho. ....everything comes to he/she that waits.......... Bye..
