Hi everyone! Lovely to be back....I've been having problems with my puter. When we came back from holiday (more about that later) I couldn't get my computer to start up. As its only 2 months old I rang the local shop where I bought it and had to take it in.After a week nothing had been done and I discovered that the original owner had sold the business! The original owner, who was helping them through the taking over stage, offered to look at it for me when I protested, and guess what? another week passed before he decided a new motherboard was needed!
Back to the shop it went.....another week later, after threats from me, they at last replaced all its innards with new ones and returned it to me. A nasty experience with unfortunate timing which didn't help but I think they behaved badly in not keeping me informed as to what was happening ( phones were never answered).
Well, now I've got that off my chest I'm looking forward to hearing from Trivvies again....I've really missed you all!!
