I was going to buy that tomorrow, too !!! I particularly liked the first on he wrote *Early One Morning*. He's a very good author.

No Pat - I've not read any other books by Robert Ryan ... I do look forward
to reading "Night Crossing" ... I'll reserve judgement until I have .. :-) .

Have you read *Early One Morning* and *Blue Noon* by Robert Ryan ??? They're
really good. I like the way he writes. What about Sebastian Faulkes ? His
*Birdsong* is just fabulous.
