Becs (and all),
there is a feature that I have enabled that sends all replies to the list so that we can all see the answers. It saves you the trouble of having to paste in the GEN-TRIVIA address when you send something back to the list. You can over-ride it by deleting the automatic address and putting in one of your own if you want to not reply to the list.

I usually cut out most of the previous message and the headings but wanted
to leave this one in tact so you can see what I was going on about <G>..
USUALLY when I hit 'Reply', the reply message goes ONLY to the person that
sent the message.. and if I hit 'Reply All' it goes back to the list AND to
the person who sent the message. With this list when I hit 'Reply' it goes
back to the List.... and 'ReplyAll' does the same... and as you can see, Sue
.. your email addy isn't anywhere ???

I know it probably isn't a big deal, but I didn't want to clutter up the
list with a simple thank you.... I can see that this is a very nice list
full of clever happy folks...

THANK YOU, Sue for the welcome <G>... We drove through Missouri on our way
to Iowa and a family reunion a couple years ago... my Dad and Mom took
myself and a couple grans with them in the moterhome... we had such a great
time!

This Reply and Reply All is really no biggie, but I'm a curious person and
things like this bug me until I figure them out.... and it's such a mental
relief when I do...LOL!

It's nice to meet you, Sue...

Hi Becs - welcome to the list! And if I understand your message...if you hit
"reply" and it shows to Gen-trivia-scotland - that's perfectly acceptable to
send your thanks out to the person over the list (you'll note there's a lot
of cameraderie on this list). But if you really want to write to only the
person you're thanking, usually you can do that by hitting reply, then look
in the body of the mail that comes up. Their address should show there (as
yours does below). You can then copy and paste that address in place of the
gen-trivia-scotland in the "To" space. Clear as mud, hmm? It took me a while
to figure out how to do this.
