Moon pie is a large sandwich cookie with marshmellow in the middle and all
covered with chocolate. Collards are a vegetable. Not sure about chitlins
- never had them.

Boiled peanuts are great and they don't come out hard like roasted nuts.
Wish I had the recipe on how to do it. Can't find them in New York state.
