CHOCOLATE PUDDING

Another easy one to make! Make double, they will want seconds!!

Ingredients:

1 Cup Self Raising Flour
3/4 Cup Castor Sugar
1/2 Cup Cocoa
1/2 Cup Milk
30 gm Butter melted
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar, firmly packed
1 1/4 Cup Hot Water
1 Tablespoon Icing Sugar

Method:

1. Sift Flour, sugar and half the cocoa into a bowl
Stir in combined Milk and butter, beat until smooth.
Pour into an ovenproof dish.

2. Combine brown sugar and remaining sifted cocoa
in a jug, stir in hot water until smooth. Gently pour
mixture evenly over the top of pudding.

3. Cook in a moderate oven 180 degrees C for about 50 minutes.
Dust with sifted Icing Sugar.
