Has anyone requested a Social Security record for someone who -might be-
still alive?
We have an 80 year old woman who has not been heard of since 1963 (37
years). She does not appear in the SSDI. Her daughter was told that her
benefits were not being used, but that was years ago and it was on the sly.
We have her genealogy all the way back to 1690 in Quebec Canada. She could
have married a second time and be using benefits from her second husband and
not her own.
We are fearful for her health and safety but do not know how to find her.
Any tips or clues much appreciated on or off list. Thanks.
Sue
