1. Is due to a lack of oxygen delivered to heart muscle, and is the
cause of patients experiencing the pain of angina; a bit like cramp of
the heart muscle. This is not often listed as a primary cause of death
in this country, but is often listed as a contributory cause to 2.
2. Is a heart attack. Here, the heart muscle has recieved no oxygen at
all, due to a clot in blood vessels supplying the heart muscle.
3. Arteriosclerosis is basically a furring up and hardening of the
lining of blood vessels (arteries) and if affecting the blood supply to
the heart would cause 1. and 2.
4. Not sure, looks like Jaundice at the end. Can you have another stab
at deciphering the first part :-)

Hope this helps,

Best wishes
Andrew
