Hi Donna,

I have this same problem and have not found the answer. But simply
disconnecting and reconnecting will not fix the problem for me. I have to
reboot. I have had two ISP's and have had the same problem with both, so
cannot say it is necessarily the fault of the ISP, unless this common to
ISP's. I would welcome any suggestions as well as apart from the extra cost,
it is a real pain to have to close everything down when you are in the
middle of ssomething.
