Had the same problem at one time. Would be cut off numerous times during
the day, had some sort of interference, never did find out what it was.
Telstra visited many times over a few months! Had dedicated line to
internet but apparently hand held interfered (or so Telstra told me).
They kept telling me that they couldn't fix the problem if it was not
occurring while they were on the spot! With 5 people using the
internet,I did not mind if we connected 10 times per day, but when we
were being cut off, for no apparent reason, I was not happy, finally
told them that if it was not fixed immediately, both lines plus business
line to our factory & 3 mobiles would be switched to another carrier,
had tech on the spot and lo & behold fixed in 5 minutes!!
Vote with your feet, whatever company you use!
