I have found a problem with secondary citations. If two people have the
same last name, the first name is not included in the secondary citation.
So, if you have two authors with the last name of "Cory" there is no way in
the seconary citation to know if it was the "Cari Cory" or the "Betsy Cory."
I think that standard practice for use of footnotes where two authors have
the same last name is to also include the first name.

In my case I have a lot of Andersons who have authored stuff and it makes it
unclear as to which person did the authoring without a first name in the
secondary citation.

Hopefully this will be addressed.
