Bill,

The option to have a report displayed on the internal viewer or in the user's
default RTF application (in my case, MS Word) is on the
View/Preferences/Operation page. A tick one way or the other here affects every
report. I think it would be more convenient for the user if this option was
available on each individual report set-up screen, perhaps with the internal
viewer as the default and the RTF application option available via a check box.

Although I usually use the internal viewer to preview a report, I often want to
see a report in MS Word. But in order to do it I have to back out of my report
and go to View/Preferences to change the option for the entire program. It would
be a lot easier to say, "I want to see this in Word, I'll click this box here,"
just as I now can say--on each report--"I want to print this out, I'll click
this icon here..."
