Kathy - Now that you have spelled out this a bit more, I am able to
duplicate your results. I selected my top of the tree and, while all of the
Notes for his wife, appear in the report, her name is absent; his Notes *do*
appear, also. I also see that for some of the children there Note info is
included, but that their name is also missing from the "text" part (versus
the "list" part). Odd. I guess this is something Bill will have to
investigate.

Julia.. I figured out that when I have a note attached to an individual
and then run the Outline report with all notes in the text, the spouse's
name of the individual with the note does not appear, but the birth
date, etc., of that spouse does appear. Very odd... Cannoot help but
think it is a bug. And I hope it gets fixed soon because it is affecting
my client reports. I'm having to print as an rtf file in Word and then
edit the information.

Which also reminds me.. The rtf file can only be opened by Word. I have
Word 2002 and WordPerfect 10. I'd rather have the report in WordPerfect
10 so I can then create a pdf file for the client, but I cannot convert
the Word file and retain the format and text files do not retain the
format.

Bill... Can you add the option of saving to WordPerfect rft files??

Wish I could give you a solution, but having tried it on some of my
people, I haven't noticed any missing names or oddities on the report.
Not the kind of reply you wanted I expect, but at least you won't feel
ignored. I will try and experiment with it further tomorrow, children
permitting. Is it the same spouses that disappear each time, or does it
happen at random?

Regardless of whether I choose Content for All or Primary; and
regardless of which events I choose, whenever I choose "All General
Notes in Text" the names of SOME of the spouses disappear even though
their birth date and other information is there.

This is frustrating because I need the notes in the report, but when the
names of some spouses disappear, it is a worthless report. I've checked
to be sure they are "married" and they are; in fact it even gives the
date.

Also.. I'm noticing that when a couple is married it gives the marriage
date for both the husband and wife which is redundant. Is there a way to
avoid that?

Kathy - On the Content tab, are you selecting "Content for All," Events
All, and General Notes "in text"? I don't find that my spousal events
are missing notes when I make those options.

Did I find a bug??

When I create the Outline report and chose the option of including all
general notes in the text, some of the spouse data disappears in the
report, but not everything. I've tested it 3 times and it keeps
happening. When I go back to not including general notes, all the spouse
data is there.
