I better ask this now, while Wim's still awake...

Can anyone suggest how I can print a report of the primary, secondary,
and bibliographic forms of each of my sources? I've tried by modifying
the default Sources report to add the primary citation, secondary
citation, and bibliography fields to the output list, but nothing prints
in these fields when I run the report.
