Sally - There have never been any lines such as you are referring to that I
am aware of. Back when GB was first released, I asked if there was someway
to turn on a "grid" because I personally find it hard to follow a line
across the page and I think grids would make it easier. I think you must be
thinking of the separator line between notes. CheriC

Cheri,
Yes I mean a line going from the top of the window to the bottom of the
window, dividing the date column from the place column. I'm beginning to
wonder whether I was dreaming and they weren't there in the first place,
perhaps I was moving the vertical line between General Notes and Research
Notes fields on another tab. I had only gone to check after seeing Bill's
message, so it is quite possible that I clicked on the wrong tab.
