Paul, et al. -- Also Ibid is being generated when the preceding footnote is
a string citation, i.e., contains more than one authority. Even if the
Ibid. reference refers to the *last authority* in the immediately preceding
footnote, that use is incorrect. Ibid. can *only* be used when the
immediately preceding footnote contains *only ONE* authority. Therefore,
*any* string citation cannot have an Ibid. following it; all those
references must be short cites.
