Wim - Auto calculated ages *will* populate narrative sentences. I haven't
tried to output ages on charts so I can't address that. My marriage
sentence reads: [P-]<, [AP],> married [S-]<, [AS],>< on [DM] [DD], [DY], |
in [DM] [DY],>< [L]>

and this is the sentence that I get with auto generated text only:

Phebe Smith, 21, married Elisha F. Wells, 25, on December 29, 1831, in
Woodford Co., Kentucky.

The age *is* populated in both the preview and in an Individual Narrative
for Phebe (didn't test Elisha's).

Hi Sally,

Yes, you can use [A] for templates. But, when you haven't manually entered
an
age in the Age-field, it won't be used by Genbox.
When the entry in the Age-field is in a green-italic font (default font for
autogenerated text), then it's calculated by Genbox (autogenerated) and it
won't be used for templates etc. If it is in your normal text-font (black
presumably), it is manually entered and then Genbox will use that entry in
the
template.
The same holds for doing searches with "age": it will only search for
manually
entered ages.
