Kathy - I have some sources that have extensive entries in the Evidence. As
I add evidence, I place the names in alphabetical order which makes it much
easier to find someone. Then when I add a source using Lead Text, I simply
copy and paste the the text into as many citations as I need. This goes
pretty fast.

Another idea would be to simply add the "new" evidence at the very top of
the list. If all citations to the previous evidence was made at one time,
then this would be another way to keep track of what you need to find.
