Hi Elizabeth,
I feel sure that you have been around long enough <grin> to know that no
trial software would require anything so dramatic as a re-formatting of any
hard drive.
I respectfully suggest that it is more likely that you "allowed" a word or
virus to infect your hard disk!
That is really fighting talk and I am surprised that you point your finger
at this gorgeous family history program.
You seem to feel the need to reformat your hard drive after any trial
software - please steer well clear of mine! <vbg>
Why not do as most of us oldies do and merely just un-install the software
- much easier and less likely to remove one's hair!
